Your draft on this device
Your story answers and selected photographs are saved in your browser while you build the story, so you can move between questions and return on the same device. Keep your original photographs. You can remove the draft with the “Delete this draft” control or by clearing this site’s browser data.
When you begin checkout
Your answers, confirmed delivery email and the JPEG or PNG photographs chosen for the order are transferred securely to private order storage. The two finished PDF keepsakes are created on your device and uploaded to that private order before Square checkout opens. Order access requires a private access key stored in the browser where you started.
Payments
Square processes the £19.99 payment under its own privacy terms. Pet Life Stories receives payment identifiers, status, amount, currency and order reference for verification, but does not receive or store full card details.
Email delivery
After verified payment, the finished PDFs can be emailed through our delivery provider, Resend, to the address you confirmed. A delivery copy may also be sent privately to the site owner for order support. Delivery records prevent duplicate sending.
Storage and retention
Order data, submitted photographs and finished files are stored privately for order fulfilment and support. The private order link expires; do not share it. We retain only what is reasonably needed to deliver the purchase, prevent fraud and meet legal or accounting obligations.
Optional analytics
With your permission, Google Analytics measures page visits, checkout starts and confirmed purchases. Purchase events include an order reference and value. We do not send your story answers, photographs, email address or private order access key to Analytics. Analytics cookies are optional; rejecting them does not affect your story or purchase. Use Cookie settings at the bottom of any page to change your choice.
Your choices
You may choose which optional memories and photographs to provide. You can download the finished files and save them wherever you prefer. Do not use a shared device unless you can remove its browser data afterwards.
