What you are buying
For one payment of £19.99, Pet Life Stories creates two personalised digital PDF keepsakes from the answers and photographs you supply: an illustrated pet storybook and a separate two-page personalised ideas guide. The storybook length reflects the memories and photographs supplied. No printed book, frame or subscription is included.
Your information and photographs
You must have permission to supply and use all text and photographs submitted. You give Pet Life Stories permission to process that material only to create, store and deliver your order. Please check names, dates, email address and story details before payment.
Payment and delivery
Payment is handled securely by Square. Pet Life Stories does not receive or store full card details. After Square confirms payment, the private order page unlocks both PDF downloads and offers email delivery to the address you confirmed.
Immediate digital supply and cancellation
At checkout you expressly request immediate supply of the digital keepsakes and acknowledge that your 14-day cancellation right ends once digital supply begins. This does not affect your legal rights if the product is faulty, unavailable or not as described.
Corrections and support
If a file does not download or an order email does not arrive, return to the private order page on the same browser and retry. Keep your order reference. Pet Life Stories will investigate delivery or production faults and provide a replacement where appropriate.

Ideas are for enjoyment and memory keeping, not veterinary or professional advice. Consider your pet’s age, health, temperament and mobility, and stop any activity that causes discomfort. Purchases suggested in an idea are optional.

The keepsakes are created from the information you provide. Pet Life Stories does not independently verify memories or dates and is not responsible for errors already present in the submitted material.
